Sobre Correio da Coruja
Night Owl Post is a delivery adventure that takes place between dusk and dawn. Olive the owl carries the village mail in her satchel and flies it from street to street by moonlight, dropping a letter at every house that has hung out a glowing lantern.
The heart of the game is the drop. A letter keeps moving forward after Olive lets go, so you have to release it a little before the house and judge the fall. Land it on the roof and it counts, post it in the mailbox for more, or drop it clean down the chimney for the best score. Meanwhile there are tall trees, church spires, windmills and bats to fly around.
Como jogar
- Olive flies forward by herself. Move her up and down to clear the rooftops.
- Drop a letter on every house showing a lantern and a letter bubble. Later streets have houses that want two.
- A roof landing scores 15, the mailbox 30 and the chimney 50. Every three deliveries in a row raise the streak multiplier, up to x5.
- A wasted letter resets the streak. Flying past a waiting house without delivering costs a heart, and so does crashing into anything.
- Your bag holds 12 letters. Pick up floating bundles for 6 more, stars for points and hearts for health.
- The post office ends the street, refills your bag and pays a bonus. Finish a street with no misses or bumps for extra points and a heart.
Controlos
- Teclado
- Up and Down arrows (or W and S) to fly. Space, X or Enter drops a letter. With a mouse, move the pointer up and down and click to drop.
- Toque
- Drag up and down to fly. Tap to drop a letter, or tap with a second finger while steering.
Dicas
- Fly low over the rooftops. The shorter the fall, the less the letter drifts and the easier the chimney is to hit.
- On the first street a dotted line shows where a letter will land. Use it to learn the timing before it disappears.
- Do not carpet-bomb. Twelve letters do not last a street if you throw three at every house.
- Windmill blades turn at a steady speed. Go over the top instead of trying to thread them.
- Houses without a lantern do not want mail. A letter there breaks your streak.
